Returns

Our returns policy covers any returns, exchanges, and claims for goods damaged in transit. To be eligible, you must make your claim within 14 days of receiving your order.

For refunds and exchanges, the original item must be returned to us in its original packaging and in new condition. The product's contents and quantity must be the same as originally sold.

Please note that products in liquid format such as Adhesives, Cleansers, Removers, and Accelerators are non-refundable.

If you experience any issues with your glues or liquids, please contact us strictly within 14 days of receiving your order.

To return goods, ensure that they are properly packed and sent via recorded delivery. Please include your order number, name, and contact details with your return, along with a brief description of why you are returning the products.

Please note that we won't offer refunds for the initial postage costs of your order unless the returned products are deemed faulty.

Refunds for cancelled and returned goods will be made within 30 days of the notification of cancellation.

For faulty products, please report the issue to us within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. After a thorough inspection, if the product is deemed faulty, we will get in touch with you to provide a resolution. However, if the product has been damaged due to negligence, drop, or breaking during transit, Lashpoint Shop won't be held responsible for the damages. Any goods to be returned to the buyer will be at the buyer's expense.
