Shipping

All orders will be shipped using either Royal Mail or DHL and will be tracked, signed for, or guaranteed delivery.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (UK time) will be dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the next working day. Please note that we are closed on bank holidays and orders will be shipped the next working day.

Our delivery options may vary and will be highlighted at checkout. For orders over £100.00 we offer FREE shipping within the UK.

Standard shipping options are available at £3.90 for 2-4 working days.

For next day delivery within the UK, orders must be placed by 1pm UK time and the cost is £9.90.

Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will arrive the next working day, while orders placed after 1pm on Friday and during the weekend will arrive the next working Tuesday.

For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on location, weight, and size of goods ordered. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

For customers in the United States, DHL Express services are available starting from £10.00, while DHL Heavy Weight Express Service starts from £18.00.

In Europe, DHL Express services are available from £35.00, and customers will be responsible for paying any import taxes.

For selected European countries, DHL Heavy Weight Express Service is available starting from £40.00, and RM Tracked Services are available for orders weighing 0-2kg starting from £15.89 (customer pays import taxes).

In addition, Europe Tracked Services are available starting from £12.89 (customer pays import taxes), and International Tracked Services are available starting from £16.89 (customer pays import taxes).

 

Please note that international shipments, including those to the EU Zone, may be subject to import fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and/or custom clearance charges, which must be paid by the recipient. Lashpoint Shop has no control over these charges. If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, or shipping charges incurred from the return will be the responsibility of the customer. Goods from refused or returned orders will be refunded once we receive them, but the original and/or return shipping fees will not be refundable.
